A good fantasy turn based strategy game for the pc . no more then 3 years old?

looking for a game in the similar field of something like .
1. fantasy wars
2. elven legacy
3. heroes 5
fantasy wars i just checked the game and it looks identical to
lord of the rings battle for middle earth I << have the game its excelennt
lord of the rings battle for middle earth II <<same game play but wayy more features , more people different monsters etc.
command and conquere serise try it out its pretty good.

Civ 4...just use a mod (included or downloadable) to make it a fantasy game. :D

i love games that are rpgs, especially old ones.
i already know about: oblivion (awsome... iv had it for years and am still not bored of it.)
the bards tale (good and funny)
elven legacy ( is this any good? doesnt work on my laptop.)
two worlds ( good but has rubbish graphics )
i know many others but cant think of any atm.
world of warcraft is amazing... but i can only play it for 2 weeks max before i get bored. during this time i normally have to make new accs all the time or i get bored. although i have a lvl 78 and loads of lvl 20-70
i would prefer games that are not online as i cant take my router to my dads. my dad loves rpgs aswell, he likes to watch them as he stuggles with them... just battles ect... he likes stratagy, turn based games as it gives him time to do things... he likes to take his time :L
sorry, forgot about those games jon, iv already completed all them about 10 times. apart from the online one. i avoid the online monthly payments, as its normally a waste of money.
i want names of rpgs that are based on the old times mostly, such as oblivion.

Lost odyssey is a good RPG for the 360 its 4 disks long. final fantasy xiii is great just came out its 3 disks long. mass effect is great and cheap, i heard number two is really great also but i haven't played it yet. final fantasy xi is a great mmorpg if you can afford the 12.95 a month fee. the last remnant is good and cheap, dragon age origins, umm and star ocean the last hope. these are all good rpgs for the xbox 360.

fallout three game of the year edition
mass effect one and two
final fantasy thirteen
infinate undiscovery
lost oddesy
the last remnant
star ocean
enchanted arms(not my fav, but alot of people liked it)
disciples of might and magic
too human
i will stop right here. these are some of the best i have played. fallout alone is almost 100 hours without the bonus content and i am currently working through final fantasy and it is amazing. happy gaming and i hope this helps you
