Alright my budget is 3,500 dollars for a gaming computer and this is what I came up with off Newegg. Should I change or add anything? By the way I'm building it.

OK, nice buld. but I see one big problem. Shame onthe other answerer for not seeing the cpu cooler you selected is an amd socket sized cpu cooler. it won't work on the lga1366 socket. so choose a different cpu cooler and you are fine. the power supply will be ample for the GTX295, it has plenty of pci e 8 pin power plugs and could even do quad sli in the future. I have the Antec 1200 and have enjoyed madding it and everything.
The motherboard, ram and cpu are a good compbinatioln. with a good cpu cooler, (don't skimpon this) you will be able to overclock that 920 like no tomarrow.
Hope this helps and expect to pay about $75 on a GOOD cpu cooler. don't put all that money into your computer only to buy a cheap cooler. also make sure you pick up some arctic silver, the rpeapplied thermal pads are never that good. it's your investment, buy the best for it.
Now watch, everyone afte rme will start noticing this :) the cpu cooler that is.

To be quite honest as soon as i saw your choice of motherboard i had to go and puke and didn't read the rest. ASRock is the cheapest crap motherboard on the market and support is terrible.
Back off a bit on something else and get an Asus motherboard as the motherboard is the foundation for your house. If the foundation is crap then the rest of your house will crack, fall apart and go crooked.
