So... which do you want? Yes or no? Yes, you can use this on your Mac. No, this doesn't mean you can't use it on a Mac. Based on your exact question, I guess then I should say...

No. No, this doesn't mean you can't use it on a Mac.
Maybe I mean Yes. Yes, this doesn't mean you can't use it on a Mac.

Left handed mice?

Im looking for a good left handed gaming mouse, the Logitech G3 looks nice (plus my right handed gf will be able to use it) but does anyone have any recomendations on good makes/models?

Its got to be a gaming grade laser mouse though, not any old rubbish!
Ambidextrous is good also
Yes I know you can change the settings in windows, im not retarded.

I mean a mouse designed to fit into your left hand

I think for gaming the actual shape of the mouse makes a difference for comfort and ease of use. I assume Graeme knows about changing the settings ;o)

Here are some I found:

The Ergo-shark looks comfy (she says in her best old-lady phraseology).

I always thought that rodents were ambidextrous.

You should be able to set the mouse for left or right hand in the operating systems control panel

mice are usually uniform and windows allows the clicks to be swapped in control panel, so people dont 'make' left handed mice
