I think there will be a lot of lagg.

Nope, the game isn't really going to be laggy. And it depends on your proccesser too. And it depends on the server your going to play on. Counter-Strike Source and Day Of Defeat Source has online servers you can play on and each of them has different lag. So, you most likely won't lagg.
