i installed Cryostasis in my pc; it doesn't run well. what should i do to fix it?

when i run the game, my monitor turns to black. then goes back to the desktop with the message: "Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason has stopped working." what should i do to fix it?

this is my set-up.
Intel Core2Duo E4400 2.0 ghz
2GB DDR2 RAM
Nvidia 9500GT 512MB DDR3

i know my system's a bit low now but i'm pretty sure it can play Cryostasis even with a low graphic setting.
i already updated my directx and physx. i'm using vista home premium 32-bit.

Nathan, what do you mean? the specs above are the specs of my desktop.

Guy where are you getting your spec's i think your talking about crysis
and no it will not run maybe on a real low resolution but for a 9500GT has 128-bit of DDR-2

Can i get Cryostasis to run on Vista 64-bit?

I was thinking about getting Cryostasis: Sleep Of Reason for the PC for a while. But i heard that somewhere along the way that it does not work at all with Vista 64-bit.

I decided to try the demo that i downloaded from gamespot.com a few days ago, to see if it would run. It was working fine, but when it was done loading after i clicked "new game", it crashes. I don't know if that is the type of error that people get because of the vista problem, or if it is something else.

If there is any way to fix this problem (even for the demo), or if it can't run at all, please let me know.


(Also, a website or something where i could get some tech support would also be great)

it depends some hard drives can not store all the .exe files from the vista 64 bit. but normally cryostasis can do it. so if thats what ur asking, yes they normally can.

Prototype. I have it, and I love it. It has a long, involved storyline, and a very very high replay value.
